Would this be considered overtraining the calves. I train them on Tuesdays and Saturdays. I do 6-10 sets of calve raises w/500 pounds cause thats all the machine has. I do around 6-15 reps depends on how much it hurts. I hit the calves in different angles: inward, outward, and striaght. Well what I was trying to say was that on Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri I do standing bodyweight calve raises. I was just wondering if that will affect the growth or do I need to just train them only those two days Tues and Sat.
