"There is no such thing as big pussies just little dicks. If it is loose just keep packing dick to it."
TweetIt is called DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) it states that your mucsles will be most sore 24-48 hours after the workout. Do a search on yahoo for it, I am sure it should yeild a lot of info.

Tweetme too on the second day. i tell ppl i'm buzzin' off DOMS.
they still dont get it.
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.
There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

Tweetsecond day soreness for me sometimes third day
TweetUsually sore the very next day at about the same time. Unless I do high rep squats in the a.m. If that's the case, then I'll feel the sore coming on in the late afternoon.
Tweeti love it when my muscles are sore...
Tweetim with you on that loco, i love being sore as hell. right now im loading trucks(i put my 2 weeks notice in yesterday) and ive been constantly sore for the past 3 months. while i like the sore, im not able to recover sufficiently and my strength gains have more or less halted. 2 more weeks and ill be back to normal, i cant wait
TweetHey...the pain just lets you know that youre growing. Tear it down and it has to build back up.
