TweetI've been working legs and back together. I'm usually pressed for time. I'll do 3-4 sets of high rep squats and then deadlift (light weight but the form is strict) 3-4 sets. Throw in some T-bar or One Arm D-bell Rows and you're fried.
TweetI do them every other week but i know a lot of peeps who dont even utilize them. what about u guys?

TweetI do them everyother back workout. And, I do stiff legged deads on leg days, every week (great for the hammies).
My theory on deads is you have to go extrememly heavy to get the most out of them. And I mean EXTREMELY heavy.
Tweetstiff legs every back day---because i work my hammies the same day and EO back session i do regular DL
Tweetbent leg on back day, stiff leg on leg day.

Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.
There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

Tweeti utilize stiff legged deads in my hammy routine... IMO i don't think there's a better hamstring exercise...i used to do the regular deads a few years back but hurt my back ( i was young, stupid, using too much weight and bad form)...so i tend to shy away from them nowadays
TweetSame here...except for the heavy thingOriginally posted by Gettin Stupid
