TweetMassive: it is very cool that you are taking time out to help this dude. Knowledge is nothing unless it is shared with someone. Peace bro.
Tweetmassive member,

One day maybe he will swipe the stone from your hand.
Gotta give him credit w/ the chicken breasts and he has been training hard it sounds.
Good Luck

TweetYou are way more patient than I am! I use to listen to these people and try to help them out, but I can only hear the saem ignorance so often! I also use to work in gyms so kinda had my fill back then!
However, if someone is keen enough, I will train with them and help them out with diet advice etc, but it seems not too many are keen on working very hard, they just want the easy path.
I was lucky though as a kid and was taken under the wing of a guy with 125 years experience, who quickly taught me about lifting heavy, eating lots and growing.
Tweetwell guys, yesterday i was so proud. proud like a father watching his son walk on his own for the very first time.
when i got with him for lunch yesterday, he did most of the talking. he was rattling stuff off left and right. i was in amazement. he showed me his diet he put together, he showed me his workouts he had planned. he had the general idea. everything looked pretty solid.
he was eating salmon and a sweet potato. AND DRINKING A 16OZ BOTTLE OF WATER! he never mentioned sprite the whole time. LOL
he starts with that he wasnt eating enough calories to grow. about the different amino acids, how some foods dont contain all of them. how he should have more complex carbs. and how some fats are good for you.
then he says that he needs to do squats and deadlifts. and he needs more rest days.
i said that research this weekend did you some good.
he said his aunt has a computer and he asked her if he could use it. she not only said yes but helped him find what he was looking for. that his mom is going out of her way to help him also. that they went buy a bigger forman grill and she cleaned out the fridge to make room for all his food. she even bought one of those filter things that fits on the kitchen faucet.
then he said i do have some questions.
he said when he adds up all the protein he eats, he comes out around 20-40 grams short for the day. that couldnt he use one or two protein shakes to make it up?
i said sure.
then he said instead of worrying if i'm getting all my vitamins, couldnt i just use a multi and be done with it?
i said yes.
then he said, postworkout our muscles are depleted of glycogen
(muscles depleted of glycogen, when he said that, i knew he did serious research. the rest he said very slowly. i knew he didnt fully understand, but he was starting to get it)
i want to refuel the carbs for my next workout. when you eat a fast acting carb, it ups your insulin levels. my mom says they have something called glucose powder at the store. and even whey protein is fast. you take those two together right after a workout and it would be good, right?
i said yes.
he said i thought you were against supplements?
i laughed and said oh no. you just have to learn to get your diet down before you start them.
he said right. that he was gonna stop with cell tech and andro because he wanted to see how well he could do without them.
then he said he was going to gnc after work. i shook my head and told him about online supplement stores.
well, he said, i'll be going back to my aunts after work then.
i said, what about your cousin?
well, he said, he works evening shift. so i just have to wait till hes gone and then go lift. i never heard him talk about any of this before. if he asks why i stopped lifting with him i'll just tell him i have to work late.
i said then when he sees you making progress he'll be asking you for advice.
he said he'll probably say i'm taking roids. anyone whos bigger than him or makes fast gains is on roids he says.
i took a deep breath and when i was about to speak he said, "i know, he's an idiot."
and with that i shook his hand and welcomed him to our lifestyle. i told him if he needs anymore help, just ask. i also told him he had a couple of people rooting for him. i was gonna tell him that when he goes to his aunts to check out this board, but i dont know him well enough to know how he would react to me telling all of you about this. so i didnt.
we did it guys. with your help, we were able to bring another bro onto our side. damn this feels good, i cant wait to get my business going.
THANKS ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
TweetGreat job Massive Member, the wonders what a little knowledge and help do for the right people.
He's taking all the actions of a winner, and seems to be a quick learner. He's a keeper.
TweetMassive member, you should be very proud of yourself. You've just added more value to someone elese' life. It doesn't happend very often, people like you are hard to come by, but they do exist, and those are the people that enrich us all. Just by you sharing this with us makes me feel in some way like we here are all a part of this, even if in the slightest way.
Good job, life will reward you for this ten times more

TweetI always get the, "do you use steroids?" question. People think that its some magic pill that just gets you huge. They dont realize that guys on juice train harder and smarter than guys not on juice most of the time.
