TweetRemember also that your tricep is three muscles and your bicep is 2. If you feel your biceps are lacking then try hitting your triceps harder and from more angles, instead of more bicep curls.

TweetMy left arm is 1/2" smaller than my right. Not sure if it's the bi or tri, probably a bit of both.
I realize dumbell work is in order, but do I do; more reps with the left, more weight, less reps, etc.
Thoughts and a game plan appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it
permanent.

I got the same problem brother. Its seems that my right arm is fuller, more round, as my left arm the peak of the bicep is more pointy. I just havent been able to even it out with my right arm.
I change my workouts every month or two:
EZ Bicep curls: 4sets 6-10 reps
Incline curls: 3sets 6-10 reps
reverse curls: 3sets 6-10 reps

scullcrushers: 3sets of 8-12reps
kickbacks: 3sets of 8-12reps
pressdowns: 3sets of 10-20 reps
I increase the weight as it gets easier. I got good tricep development, good size too, but the problem is my left bicep.
Tweetmy right was smaller than my left bicep so i just stoped jerking off and it grew to much cardio i guess..... no really bro i did 1 extra set as heavy as i could 6-8 reps on the bicep and the tri it caught up in about 3 mths
TweetShit, my right pec hangs lower than the left. I just thought I was a freak or something.
TweetHey SC: I would go heavier on the lagging side! Not more reps!Originally posted by StoneColdNTO

TweetDefinately start doing priority workouts. Work the lagging body part first in you r workouts

TweetUse dumbbells and work both evenly. That should catch you up in a few months. Make sure that you don't over use one in particular more than the other. Try becoming ambidextrious. Brush your teeth and drive with the opposite hand every day. Could make a diff.
