TweetPsoas stretch is a good hip flexor stretch. Lie on your side with the bad side up and extend the hip as back as far as you can while you extend your low back back as far as you can. Psoas is attached to the bones in your low back and they flex you forward, so you have to extend the lumbar spine and hip all at the same time while u extend your arm over your head.
Thats one of many. I was dating a yoga teacher for a while and she showed me things that were amazing for stretching and isolating specific muscles. Pigeon pose was damn good for hips. I need to do that one more. You could try that one.
We broke up so I dont get free yoga from her anymore. lol
