dont buy those stupid bands either. use your knee wraps and if you are going to give it a go, do it last in your workout. imo it is far more effective that way. just do 6sets of bis 6 sets of tris or 6sets of quads and 6sets of hams. dont take the wraps off until you finish both muscles. and if you really really want to test your pain tolerance, try it on calves. 6-10sets haha
