Absolutely post workout. I want my energy/glycogen to be 100% for my workout, if I did cardio prior to weights then Id be too depleted. Ive never done cardio prior unless its a walk on the treadmill to warm up
yeah man. if keeping size and strength are priority then cardio must come first thing in the am away from training or post. it's a great way to start the recovery process after training though
