I have a treadmill I run on for my HIIT routine.

I warm up to a solid run, run for 30 sec, get off do an exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 30. Usually, do this with 4 different exercises, rest for a minute then go again for 3 cycles.
I do air squats, forward lunges, side lunges, then finish with the plank.
Any suggestions for similar body weight exercises I can add in to not just do the same thing every time I do my HIIT routine? Thank you in advance
