      I just sometimes dont understand it. I getsick take 5days off come back even stronger,ok i'm oj my 2nd week of of not eing sick and I went up in strength and reps. Not eating for 5 days just sleeping resting thats all it takes for you to recover. I will e taking weekends off to give me atleast 2 straight days off to recover

      that's how it works man. your muscle may feel great but they still arent recovered. same goes with your cns, it needs no shit rest. if you absolutely have to get into the gym to not go stir crazy, look into active recovery work. you are able to still train per say but in a recovery fashion that will allow you to boost your performance. i do like the 2 days off on the weekend but some people go crazy taking off two straight days a week

      Yeah it's hard as hell for me to stay out of the gym. I know I need rest, but it's like my mind doesn't know what to do during the time I normally go lol. However, when I do take time off I always come back super strong. Just need to make myself do it.
