when going with that dude its a prereq for sure. heavy as hell high reps and damn near no rest time. so it is in the cards that one of us will be puking or shitting ourselves. usually it's him though haha cause i can seriously push the tempo and i wont let no one out do me
only ever puked on leg day, 20 rep squat sets and puked in the wastebasket, rinsed out my mouth, deep breaths and got back under the bar. That's when you you know you're pushing like a MF beast
