i did another good one last year for chest that was a nice kick in the nuts. it is supposed to be a recovery workout but it wrecked me for about 7-8 days.
you take 225 and do sets to failure until you get 100 reps. you only get 10-20 sec in between each time you fail and keep going until you hit 100. i am sure you could go with a lighter weight but 225 was set for what i tried out.
I'm gonna try this next week guns lol. Sounds awesome
