Went back to my Crossfit gym today. Hadn't been there in a couple of months, just been going to the regular gym.
The chest workout they had was crazy. Try this out guys if u want to change up your routine. I did this 3 hours ago and my chest is starting to get sore already and is still a bit pumped.

Warm up
1/2 mile run

Strength of the day
20 minutes to find one rep max bench press.

Workout of the day
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes
155lb bench press 10 reps

Doesn't sound hard but trust me...155 after awhile starts to feel like a truck lol
