TweetHell yeah bro. I'm impatiently waiting until I can get back in the gym and kick ass.
TweetThe past couple of weeks in the gym I have been killing it. I don't take notes but my routine has been pretty much the same except I have added heavy flies. I love this movement, I go to complete failure then drop the weight a little and continue until my muscles feel like rubber. I do leg presses the same way. Loving it.

TweetThis is a li6ttle off topic but here goes.
I saw this lady on a tricep machine. She was doing the movement all wrong to the point of her getting hurt.
I told her to put the elbows on the pad. She still did not get it, so I moved her elbows to the proper position.
Soon a guy most likely her husband came up and mumbled something in my direction, it sounded like "did he touch you"?
My training was over and I left. Did I do the right thing?
TweetYou did the right thing. Dont sweat it!

TweetYou did the right thing. I gave up giving advice in the gym a long time ago.
I can't handle stupid people. Not knowing how to do things is one thing not listening is another
TweetI think you did the right thing. So many people have no clue what they're doing, which is fine, but when they don't take the initiative to learn and risk hurting themselves.... That's when it gets dumb. I'm in the same boat as Uncle Ric, I quit giving out advice a long time ago. However, if I see someone about to seriously get hurt, I'll step in.
