      Be able to lift heavy weight or rep out just a tad lighter weight. So instead of doing 405x15
      I'm doing 365x25 times and since I dropped the weight a month ago My body feels better. What do u guys prefer. And I feel better but I just want to lift that heavier weight lol but I know it's better for me to do less

      I rep it out brother. Heavy weights = hurt for me now. Every once in a while I will push it but then my brain screams "remember last time you were hurt for 6 months" and i back off.
