TweetMy triceps excel. On arm day will do cgbp with the oly bench and then a curl lift then forehead smashers with the cgbp burnout. the oly will pack on tri size esp long head for me. The burnout is strictly pump after skulls and burns all over.And this is a big deal to me cz with cgbp ez bar burn out, i dont get any pain in my bows. if i stop without a burnout they give me a twitch. Cable vbar or rope is the king of outer tri pump pain.
