Tweetafter training too hard and getting too dehydrated for less than stellar results this vacation cycle i picked up Mike Dolce's 3 weeks to shredded book. i started it Monday to try it put for three weeks and see if it lives up to the hype and if so i'll incorporate the diet into the last 6-10 weeks of next year's vacation cutter. Monday weight was 200.2 pounds. started drinking a gallon of water sunday and every day since. tuesday weight was 193.8 pounds. weight this morning was 193.2 pounds. i'll continue the whole three weeks to see what happens. Currently not using any clen, T3 or ephedra, only running sust and eq cycle so it's a ***** cutting while on eq since i'm ravenous enough to eat my own hand. 25-30 grams protein at each feeding. morning i'm eating 5 egg whites scrambled with peppers and flax oil. meal 2 is shaved steak with peppers and brown rice and meal 3 is 6 egg whites, meal 4 is chicken stir fried in flax oil with peppers and onions, an orange or apple a half hour before weights and a protein drink after and then another chicken stir fry before bed. i'll keep this updated. has anyone else given this weight cut diet a chance?

TweetMike Dolce fought in the now defunct IFL and he initially used this diet for himself for a late notice fight in the IFL where they had a fight they needed a fighter at 175 and it was basically his one shot at breaking into the mma game. he was around 212 and went from 212 to 170 in 3 weeks but it wasn't a typical weight loss of muscle and everything else. he came in looking lean, jacked and full.i've been losing weight every day, except yesterday when i had to abandon the diet and eat what was available with my son going from his CT scan to ER to admission to hospital so i ended up eating a McRat order of filet o fish and original crispy chicken and right before i dragged myself home to bed two crispy chicken from burger fling. weighed in 0.6 pounds heavier at 192 this morning. should be back in track today and get meal in before i visit my son. gonna do the whole 3 weeks before going on regular mass building cycle and if it's successful (the dolce diet weight cut) i'll sues it to fine tune this summer's cancun cutter.
TweetI have seen some examples of custom diets he does for fighters. He is a nutrition guru that knows how to fuel athletes. I tried one of the example diets but I think I did not burn off the calories to loose fat. I did feel great and performed better. Keep it up and let us know how you do. I would be curious how much fat you lost. I lost water weight on it but not fat. Made me look better but same BF.
I think I am going to try Keto diet then something like Dulce diet to maintain and build a little muscle. Normally I only consume 60-80 grams of protein daily.
