do you have to have the same style of plate on both sides? all facing the same way? i do and if i start with a certain style of db or plate i will not change it up during a set. they all have to be the same

Doesn't everyone do this??? LMAO! I know they don't... I train in my own gym in my basement. I have 4 different style plates. Not only must I have a symmetrical stack on each side of the barbell; but they have to go on the weight trees in the proper order.... This is something that makes me grind my teeth whenever I work out at a commercial gym... I wind up rearranging plates on storage trees! Nuts, nuts, NUTS!
