I havent been out on my Mt. Bike for a minute and today I went for a quick 5 mile ride in some trails next to my house. I feel great now despite having had a bad day yesterday. Moral of the story is do what you love! If weights and lifting make you happy then do that shit!
I love the weights but for 27 years I have always loved mountain biking...been around the world doing it and it really is my passion.
