if i were you i would look into one of those functional sports training facilities that athletes use. that would probably be better geared toward your goals than an everyday pt

Oh that’s what this guy is, it’s a fairly large studio set up but all geared for specific training.

hell yeah man. if i ever decided to get back into sports that's where i would go. i doubt my body would hold up now haha
