TweetSo every birthday ill put 325 on and do how ever many years i turn in reps. Last year i hit the 39 reps but damn if i just turned 40 and tried it and only hit 34. Im chalking it up to sleep or not enough food lol. But tomorrow im shooting for the 40reps. Anyone do them? I started yrs ago after seeing the ct fleachers guys were doing it.

TweetHell yeah! Haven't done that yet, but definitely going to give it a try this year for my birthday. Gotta admit though, not really looking forward to it lol.

Sounds like a hell of a challenge, though. 25 or so years ago I read an article in IronMan or one of those magazines. Whoever it was said he would occasionally do 50 reps with his normal 10 rep squat weight, and that would be his entire leg workout. I tried that a few times. At the time, my 10 rep weight was 225. I had to pause and catch my breath a number of times, but did make it to 50 reps. Only thing I could do after that was walk out of the gym...
