Tweetdont forget the bottom of those legs
TweetAnother body part that seems to be a genetic gifted thing. What does your calve training look like? I would like to get some sexy calves going on. With heels, of course

TweetI do calf raises at the gym. high volume drop sets. But what really gets them to grow is running with a front/mid foot strike and a good push into the next stride. It is a WAY more efficient way to run than heel strike and better for my back, knees and ankles. After running, my calves are swole up and all vascular. wish they stayed that way all the time.
TweetCalves are my most stubborn body part. I've trained them super heavy, light with super high volume and every way in between. Right now I'm training them super heavy and will keep that up until everything seems to plateau and then switch it up again.
TweetI could never get that split and they just weren't growing till i started loading up the leg press and bang out super heavy raises now they look great oh and high reps
Tweetback when I did commercial construction climbing a ladder with a loaded tool belt did it for me. My ca;ves are still GTG
TweetJumping rope and running have always kept my calves pretty decent
