TweetNot a fan of training biceps because of how it feels, however its the one muscle I can grow easy as shit same as tris.. To this day I stick with 9 sets max for both regardless if I only do one movement for 9 sets or three for 9 sets. My #1 go to for biceps I never leave out is dumbell hammer curls or barbell curls. Triceps would be close grip bench and skull crushers.

TweetThey have this seated bicep machine at the gym that have handles to the side and its like an incline dumbell curl..it tears the shit out of my biceps, I love that machine. I will sit there and do 10 sets of drops untill my biceps are ripping off the bone
