TweetI still love the behind the neck press for delts but I only lower it to about the top of my ears. Any lower and it hurts like hell. I dont go very heavy. They do the job
TweetAbsolutely not. I have too many neck and shoulder issues. No real good reason to do either that way as far as I know, anyway. Just an invitation to injury.
TweetUsed to many years ago. Now shoulders are one of my strong points but they also hurt all the time and I blame both of those movements. Do I think the behind the neck press builds big shoulders yes look at Kevin levrone.
