      Id agree with back. I had surgery on my L5/S1 a few years back and it still gives me shit to this day.

      Shoulders are my most damaged body part. Iv e had to learn how to deal with it and avoid stuff that hurts.

      I'd say with an injury shoulders would be tough. A shoulder injury really limits what you can train everywhere else. Like Guns said, you use your shoulder for damn near everything.
