On occasion I do a decline fly/pullover. I use a very light dumbbell and it's a very concentrated, end of the workout exercise.

TweetHaha I know I see people doing weird shit in the gym all the time. Although I don't think there's anything particularly weird that I do. Something I always have people ask me about (though not really out of the norm) is I do curls on the seated lat pull down. Grab the bar underhanded with my grip pretty close sitting straight up and down, I keep my elbows pointed up and curl to the back of my head. Once you're done and put your arms down, the pump that follows is insane.

Heres a video showing how this is done. It is killer! It allows me to use lighter weight but get the same benefits of using heavier weights without the risk of injury.

TweetActually trained with DJ for a year or so until he blew my ACL lol...MTUT is good but too be honest I attribute a lot of my joint stress to training like that for an extended period of time.

Tweeti agree, i dont use it on every exercise and not every day. I do use a slower tempo and higher rep daily now. The mtut is brutal, i did chest and triceps with it yesterday and im sore as hell today

Tweettake a look at sumo squats with a db off a platform dzone. those will tear you up nasty and are still safe. along the same line as a belt squat in some aspects

TweetI've done those. i set 2 benches side by side and used DB for a few sets but then grabbed the dip belt and hung some weight on that. nice DEEP stretch.

TweetI like having a thick neck so I keep a headstrap at home and hook dumbells on it to do neck lifts. Ive never taken the headstrap to the gym but If I did, people will think Im nuts LOL
Tweetwe have a crazy old power lifter that brings his in every day. a couple of the gyms in our area actually have neck machines
