Tweetmy warmup prehab and rehab routine is sometimes more time consuming than my actual training that day. got to get good and warmed up and loose or you will get hurt or some areas will get beat up and hurt forever.
TweetDo you guys do anything to warm up before you train.my routine is 30 minutes of Bike before my workouts,The I strech both arms out on the side of the wall in 3 diferent angles,then I take a 2.5,5lb,15lb,20lb dumbell and do one arm side to side with the dumbells to warm up my shoulders 4 sets I just do 1 arm at a time. Hers a pic this sisnt me

TweetI've been doing a lot of stretching lately prior to my workouts. As bad as it sounds, I never warmed up when I was younger. Now it seems like the older I get, the more emphasis I put on it.
