TweetI do tons of stuff at home. Pullups, dips, pushup bars, dumbells. I might workout during football games on tv, etc. I use my home stuff almost everyday in addition to a gym workout. Usually about 3- 5 sets to failure and Im done
TweetI do calves at home, as well as at the gym. Mine suck, so it's a must for me lol. I do need to start doing pull-ups again on back days.
