I'm considering doing a lot of training conditioning work hat doesn't have to do lifting weights. My daughter goes to a place where they train her for her softball conditioning and every thing he does from the sledge hammer/tire to medicine balls to swinging the rope I'm going to start doing that stuff. hers some of the stuff
