      Very true my friend. I use hiit or Crossfit which both use supersets and huge bursts of short but effective cardio to get cut up like crazy. Plus another good point to make is along with that, make sure your diet is nailed down too. Those together and there's no way you can't get cut up

      I love HIIT. I use the battle ropes when i do it. I am going to start using super sets next week as i want to start leaning out. Got a tad chubby. What type of super sets do you guys/gals use? I normally do a bicep with a tricep when i do arms but all other body parts i just pick 2 and go back and fourth. like legs ill do single leg press with sissy squats, DB single leg squat and machine squats. I want some ideas for back, chest and delts.

      I'll do whatever is programmed for the day. Had to take some time off for personal reasons, but here is a workout I did a couple months ago. I was gasping for air!
      5 rounds
      10 front squats 185
      25 push-ups
      25 ab mat Situps
      5 power cleans 185

      I have a love/hate relationship with super sets lol

      Tomorrow is leg day, i will attempt super sets. Kinda hard at my gym. Leg machines are scattered and if you leave the equipment for more than 30 seconds someone jumps on it. The leg press and squat machine are side by side so thats doable. Leg ext and curl is too. i may even try splits squats with goblet squats.
