Tweeti havent used a pre workout in quite some time now. i have been doing coffee or essprsso and beet root juice along side of citriline malate(sp) and 10mg cialis and it's game over on the pump. hell the beet root alone works pretty damn good

TweetI'm hoping to hear more opinions here. I haven't run any supplements in the last couple of years and many of the products have changed formulas. I recently found this out when purchasing supplies for upcoming cycle log. So I'm a pretty big fan of Optimal Nutrician/ON products. Their protien powders test in tops 3 brands for purity and label dose accuracy. I picked up ON-pro bcaa' s and ON-pre work out.

Tweeti like products even though i dont use them often, that have exactly what is in them and exactly how much also. what i would do if i were still using them all the time would be order the individual powders for each of the ingriedents that i want from a bulk powder company then play around with the dosing to get the right stim to pump combo. you can get most of the compounds for unreal cheap. like 100g for a few bucks. i do it with some of the pump compounds as well as my preventative supps

TweetNow that's some helpful advice, I don't know why this never occurred to me. I guess it's always just been easier to pay the stupid store prices. Im going to look into this as I see how it could save me money I can put towards solid foods. Thank you gunz

Tweetno prob. i have never been a fan of proprietary blend. i have no clue what or how much of what is in each scoop but it equals x amount of mg. so how the hell does that work lol? always easier to measure that puppy out and know exactly i say. we do it with everything else so why not?
