      Default Bear complex

      For anyone looking to spice up their workouts, or to test how tough you are, try this out and I guarantee you, you'll feel it the next day...if you can make it that is (haha)
      Bear complex is...
      5x7 reps. One run through of this is one rep. You must pick a weight that you can do without dropping or letting go of the barbell.
      This would be one rep...
      1 powerclean
      1 front squat
      1 push press
      1 back squat
      1pushpress behind the neck

      Repeat 7 times. After 7 times. Rest 2 minutes. Then repeat for 5 rounds.
      I've done this at 135 pounds. Doesn't sound like a lot, but 135 pounds will get ya quick.
