TweetWho got an insane pump first workout after 4th of July festivities?
I went into the north end on the 3rd and obviously it was pasta night..then all those hamburgers, dogs, and pasta salad on the 4th.
I got so swoled up yesterday my muscles hurt to contract...lol
I went zero carbs 5 days prior to the weekend...damn that felt good and I feel the low carbs days was good damage control.
