Tweetwrap that bad boy with a knee wrap and keep going. that and changing up your stance can help some with groin issues. i have issues with mine from time to time also and it is a huge pain to work around for sure
TweetI couldn't do leg presses so I would just do leg extensions hamstrings ect. But then went to you tube and just looked there are so many exercises we can all do that don't need weights and do them at home. I incorporated some squats without the bar. I would just get a chair stand up sit down 30 times 4-5 sets and my legs got pumped..So anyone that thinks they don't have time we all do
You can do the overhead squat with anything, including a medicine ball, a gallon of water or a gym bag!

In all seriousness, I would take the route Fuzo is and skip squats for a while. Taking time to heal sucks but it's the faster path to full recovery, at least in my experience that's been the case.
