TweetOk my friends, after various training methods. I can't seem to get my biceps to peak. There growing but in width and girth. Not complaining either.

Regardless don't get discouraged. Giving genetics the big fuck you is what we do. Play the angles and types of curls your doing. You will stimulate the muscles in different ways and get more growth in whatever way you grow man.

Tweetyou have long full insertions man. you can make them massive but the way they insert at the top and bottom is probably going to keep your from getting a nice round peak
