      Doing a cutting cycle right now and wondering how much cardio do you all do?

      I seem to respond better to longer durations but about 4 days a week. Like an hour of cardio per session

      I'm about 5'9 and 210lbs. As a rough guess I am 12% body fat currently.






      In my prime I did a ton of cardio hour plus a day to keep calories off and to stay lean with a good eating plan

      i used to be a huge fan of long duration lss cardio. i wasted so much time and muscle doing that crap. intervals and eccentric less cardio are the way to go. it has almost no impact on your cns improves recovery and also will help preserve more lean tissue in a cal def. i tried it last year and i was blown away by how much different my body turned out and how much better i felt day to day.

      What works best for me and only if my diet is on point. 20-30min MAX on the Treadmill at the highest incline with a heart rate of 120 no more no less. I also don't start the timer until my heart rate reaches the 120 mark. So some days I am on the treadmill 5-10 min before I reach 120 then the clock starts. Hope this helps

      Yes this helps but I step on at 124 most days, get to 153 within 5 min. Totally confused about cardio but I know I need more to lose fat.

      I do Crossfit a lot so it's an intense quick burst of cardio. Works better for me than doing just cardio for 20-30 min

      Staying busy burns more fat all day than sitting...I think sitting too long makes people not as lean as they cou.ld be. One of those standing desks would make most people a lot healthier...Throw in some high intensity stuff here and there and you burn fat like a furnace...veins popping off more veins that used to be covered with lard
