      Ive met my goals and what I wanted to acheive through hard work for many years.I though just taking gear was the trick boy I was wrong.It took many many years to get it down and I still have to get it down even better mabey never will get it right but im happy.I can remember as a young kid wanting to bench 225 then 275 then 315 365 then 405. 455 then as I was reaching 50yrs I wanted a 500lb bench took me a year to get it.Sure I could of taken drol dbol a ton if this and that to get it faster but didnt do it that way.Tried several different compounds then finally said Im going to reduce my dosage try a little of this little of that bust my ass in the gym then finally got it the big 500.Now to some thats not much considering its 2017 but for me it was.But I didnt stop 505. 510. 515. Then 520 and that was it because I could feel my body breaking down getting hurt and I was 272 and way to heavy for me.So now I weigh 250lbs and my BF% isnt bad and I only go up to 455 now.I train to maintain now.Next goal is to drop 25more pounds thats my natural weight 225 and one of these days I will kick it up a notch and get it done. Hard work guys keep kicking ass dont give up and dont think you have to take a ton if gear to acheive your goal.

      A specific goal with a specific date will always keep you dedicated...I always try to attain contest ready without actually competing, but it is harder to do it that way than when youre getting ready to step on a stage in a pair of speedos in front of a thousand people.
      To get in the best shape of your life, try entering a bodybuilding competition. Even if you dont win, at least youre in the best shape of your life. Nothing beats being an athlete training for a big event. If you dont want to compete, then put down a deposit on a photo shoot 3 months out and work toward that. Anything that gives you leverage on your discipline will give you an edge
