TweetTook this evening off, but have shoulders tomorrow. Gonna throw in some Barbell military press, bent over laterals using dumbells, wide grip upright rows, side laterals using the cables and barbell shrugs. Gonna feel it tomorrow night!

TweetHit my legs super hardcore yesterday and can barely stand this evening. Heavy squats, lighter high volume leg presses, leg extensions, leg curls and lunges. I'm always more sore the second day, so tomorrow is gonna be crazy. Bring on the ibuprofen.
