      Went to my old Crossfit gym this evening. This was the workout. My legs are toast..
      Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes...
      10 front squats (185lb)
      Then...
      25 minutes to find 2 rep max back squat..
      Then...

      Workout of the day...
      As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of...
      20 lunges holding 2-53lb kettlebells
      10 overhead squats (115lb)
      5 back squats (115lb)

      I could barely walk up the steps after lol

      Fuck! Thats brutal i always do low reps on squats but since im in recovery of a injury last week i did 2 sets of 10 325 lbs and im still sore lol i cant imagine doing what you did..... Thats pretty impressive bro

      I tease cross fitters all the time but it would take me a LOTTT of practice to complete that W/O.

      Try walking DOWN STAIRS after that. Terrible.

      I like everything except the WOD.

      After that much leg work my legs would be shot by the time I got to the WOD.

      How many rounds of the WOD did you get? Also do people really do the WOD correctly. Alot of crossfitters or wanna be crossfitters I see don't use full range like they are suppose to and that is fine if your working around mobility issues. I just hate it when someone starts bragging about their time or the workout not being bad and I am like yeah it wasn't bad because you were doing d@mn quarter squats instead of full. LOL Sorry I teach a MetCon class similar to a WOD.

      Qhams....yes...they all did it well. I used to own the gym so I know the coaches and myself always would watch carefully to make sure everyone's form was good. Most of the class did lighter weights. Most of the men did 95 and the women did 65. I did 115 and so did a few others. I did 4 rounds even....I did a round every 2:30
