TweetI'm constantly upgrading my goals as I achieve them. Sometimes I'm training for pure size and strength and sometimes I'm focusing more on aesthetics, so my goals are always changing. Whatever your current goals may be, I think it's paramount to have them in place to keep your physique progressing. I see so many people in the gym everyday that just go through the motions of working out and they haven't progressed at all in years. Whatever you're training for, In my opinion you have to have goals. Something to keep you pushing.
