TweetWell yes the machines do have their place in my workouts !!! I mean my joints are the same anymore and I can't keep beating the shit out of them all the time . So I do incorporate machines with some of my workouts !!!
Free weights are my favorite , I have to say !!! Nothing better for muscle building like some free weights , plus it just makes my strength increase and it's badass !!!
If anyone ever saids one is better than the other , wait a few years , joints don't always hold up , even with good form . So machines and free weights are key in Bodybuilding !!!
