Anyone else take breaks from time to time? I haven't taken a full week off in about a year. Feels good to be a bit lazy lol

time off for me is different than what most people call time off. i will take up to 3 weeks off from heavy weight and intensity techniques and only train up to 4 days a week. that's what my off time consists of. now if i compete i take a full 5 to 7 days off from weights and only do cardio. i still usually get in and do some light blood work stuff though but very very little

yup. when my body says take a break, i listen. i dont like it but it's a helluva lot better than suffering an injury that has me out longer than a few days.

Gotta take some time off here and there to heal, rest and recover. It's so hard staying out of the gym for me though.
