TweetI meant "Might not be alot to some of you monsters out there".
TweetSo decided to up it on the incline bench today and hit a new max of 375 LB. Might be alot of some of you monsters out there, but was a number I have been wanting to hit for a while and can't believe I finally hit it tonight.

Tweetbro, do not compare yourself with guys who can lift huge. that is more than probably 98% of the world. think about it. how many people do you know........even at your gym who can do that. there was a small handful at mine and i doubt anyone at my work could left their bodyweight let alone a fantastically heavy weight like that. Way to go!
so.........what is your next goal?
TweetYeah I lift a little leas then some bros of mine but I am a lot bigger then them because I'm so tall.
Some time I think some people just have super tendons that give them a huge advantage then others who might have slightly bigger muscles and smaller tendons.just my 2 cents lime the skinny guy at one gym I go to reps 2 plates incline with ease and my bro is all jacked and struggles with 5-7 reps
TweetI never gave it much thought till last night, but I'm thinking 405 LB on the incline bench press would be a good goal to shoot for. I never honestly thought in my life that I would ever see that weight, but now I think it could be a realistic goal.
Tweet315 seems like a huge number to me I max that falt bench😢
TweetThat is an awesome incline bench weight. Ive done some decent sets of 6 with 315 in the past but never have climbed that high.
TweetSolid weight
Tweetfor sure. you are right. some guys are just stronger. maybe it is tendons maybe genetic muscle density or a higher % of fast twitch to recruit during a lift. i think it is healthy to set your own goals and not compare yourself to others unless that is your goal and is attainable.
