      Where do you train/workout?
      What is your gym like?
Do you go to a big box gym, small old school gym, Crossfit gym, Powerlifting, mma gym?
Why did you choose your gym?

My gym is a big box gym that has 24 hr access. Or I train at home in the garage (free weights, adjustable bench, dip/pullup/ab station, pair of squat stands)home quality equipment.

I go to a medium sized old-school gym. It has everything I need and doesn't get to crowded. When I can't get there, I hit my punching bag, jump rope, do push ups and pull ups at the park behind my house

I go to a regular gym that tries to cater to families as well as meatheads and steroid freaks like us lol...If I had more shit at home I might never go to the gym anymore other than to enjoy the scenery lol

My gym is a hardcore gym that has all the Hammer Strength , Precore , Life Fitness , Hoist , equipment u can imagine !!! There's enough there that ur never really waiting to use a certain type of equipment . There's always a plan B if plan A isn't possible !!!
It also caters to the weekend warrior type and New Year resolutioner type that is just there to say " I go to the gym " but never really make progress . U know those people !!!
But the dumbells go as heavy as 145lbs , there's like 6 squat racks , 8 bench press benches , 5 cables machines , a ton of treadmills , bikes , leg equipment , punching bags , u name it . And after u work out , u can even get a protein shake from the many protein options they offer , oh yes , it's there !!
It's an all around gym !!! And Chris Tuttle an IFBB pro , Universal Supps athlete trains there too .
      Have to say it's pretty str8 !!!
And my favorite has to be the females w/ those yoga pants !!! They're everywhere , but ya gotta get there early !!!

I own my own Crossfit gym, so I workout there. I have lots of free-weights and Dumbbells to incorporate different types of strength training for my members.

I get a good coupla' hours cardio at the Dojo and at home I have a bench in my living room. I really miss having a gym with other people around though.
