ok 6. i got a new one and idk if you can use it or not because of your climate. so i saw on a video a monster power lifter using it and he said i only use this stuff in the winter time because it is nuts. that and a little bit goes a long way. well my first go on it i put it om my distal tendons and elbows and headed out. no burn no nothing. so i thought man that dude was full of it and i am glad i got such a small bottle. hell no after about 3-4 sets, i was on fire and continued to burn for 3 hours post workout.
now crank back to last week. i put a little bit to much on my knees and went in and did legs. well by the end of the workout i was to the point where i couldnt take it any more. i got home and tried to get it off with a wash cloth, no dice. i got in the shower and it made it worse haha. i did scrub enough to where i wasnt on fire as bad but damn you literally only need a drop. if you want to give that stuff a try it's called SCREAMING HOT TOAST. you can get a small test bottle for a couple of bucks. the stuff is the hottest cream i have ever found and i use horse linaments from time to time

Does it have capsicum in it? I have some horse stuff I have that sounds like this. I got a huge friggin bottle and I can only put a drop on. It burns deep for hours and reignites with water. I only can use it on my legs! But yes it's way to hot for my weather most year round...plus the sweat just makes it burn worse!

yeah it does man. and no way on earth i could stand it in your climate. i would die and i have a pretty good tolerance for being in pain haha. here is the write up on the stuff:

Screamin’ Hot Toast uses a therapeutic level of 0.03% capsaicin, a naturally occurring substance derived from hot peppers, as a safe and effective topical analgesic for arthritis pain.

When applied to the affected area, Screamin’ Hot Toast penetrates deep to help relieve minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis, backache, strains, sprains and bruises.

When Screamin’ Hot Toast is used daily as directed the effectiveness continues to increase. The amount of time for pain relief to occur varies with each person. Some arthritis sufferers may obtain relief within the first week of use, while others may experience relief later. Screamin’ Hot Toast is suitable for use for all types of arthritis.

      Capsaicin 0.03%

"I've known Steve (Toast Sales Director) for three years after I met him at a local powerlifting meet. I was having some tightness in my low back and pain in my shoulders. After a quick conversation with Steve he gave me a couple free samples of the different Toast products and I put it on right then and there before my bench warm up. Ever since then I have used Toast daily, whether it be for my low back, lats, shoulders, elbows, or hips. I think I'm still finding new places to put it on! It gets rid of some of the aches and pains from training and gets me back to square one, feeling loose and healthy. If you have any problem areas that you have been battling for awhile and you haven't tried Toast yet, you're doing yourself a disservice. I wish I had this stuff in college while I was playing football because the other products I have used not only smell bad, but they don't come anywhere close to doing the job that Toast can do."

I just got the Arctic balm and also the toast naturally warming lotion. I was going to try just the Arctic balm preworkout first. Then try just the toast preworkout and then maybe both. Guns, what do you think would be best?

i use the arctic balm everyday on my biceps ellbows shoulders and lower back. all these areas i feel need to be as warm as possible while training upper body. with leg day i put the toast on my knees and the arctic balm on my back. i would test a small area with the toast as a test run first say the front of your knee or your elbows/shoulders. do not put it on the inside of your elbow or the back of your knees until you know how well you tolerate it haha. trust me on that one, it sucks bad. the arctic stays on me pretty much for the entire duration of my workout but the toast continues for a couple hours past. so keep that in mind
