I was doing my strength training today. This guy one of the thickest in the gym, his muscles has muscles, was watching me train I was doing my movement slow and deliberate and getting a stretch at the bottom and a extra push at the top.
He said good form. That made my day and gave extra incentive to do more.
I know I am not a pro BBer or even close, I just like doing it and sculpting by body a bit to defy the aging process. But damn what a compliment
