hell no man. do some research it is pretty much useless for training aspects and essentially nothing more than corn starch. i tried it way back when bsn first put it out and then again with slin and oh damn it tore my guts to pieces. not good by any means for me or anyone else i have known that used it. maltodextrin branch chain cyclic dextrin or something like that is much more effective and easier on your system

Damn maybe that wasn't the stuff then, the stuff I'm referring to is like carbs and protein and it's pretty expensive... Hmmm I'll try and figure out what the name of it was maybe it wasn't waxy maze I heard about.

a company called biotest i believe makes the almost identical original version of intra md. i am pretty sure it is called surge or something like that. it is crazy crazy expensive but it is the same product as intra md with the carb source being highly branched chained cyclic dextrin and casine hdroslate(i believe). now there are many other products out there with similar ingredients that are really good also: like karbolyn and vitargo to name a few. they are worth the investment for sure

take a look at the intra md man. i dont train without it ever. tgb carries it for under 50 bucks. start with one scoop and asses your recovery. if you arent recovering within 24-48 hours then move up a half a scoop to a scoop and roll. once you get to where you are recovering in 48 hours or less you can hammer the piss out of yourself successfully with no back tracking haha. as for the karbolyin, yeah that was way way to rich for my blood. when i was first intro to the intra products i built my own haha. i got raw hbccd and casiine hydroslate both plain powders and mixed it in with gatoraide powder or kool aid. then i moved over to vitargo and whey hydroslate until intra md became available. i have stuck with it ever since

Waxy maze is nothing but an enormous scam. The cost on it is zero. Profits big
