I try to focus on form everytime I hit the gym !!!
I catch myself using momentum at times , and when I do I slow down and recalculate my form !!!
It's def harder when u slow down and focus on what ur doin , instead of just tryin to throw weight around .
That's why I see so many dick cheeses at the gym that look the same , day in and day out !!!
I don't grow everyday but I do
