      incline dumbbell bench press and dips. Dips are one of my favorite workouts and I do them on chest day and arms day. I add weight if working heavy and do 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps. I also like superseding with dips sometimes, which gives me an incredible burn.

      I got into lifting Dumbbells only for a month after my benchpress stalled. Came back to it and my one rep had increased 10 pounds. So one of my main focuses is flat dumbbell and incline dumbbell presses. Plus dips 5x to failure. Love the pump from this!

      I like doing hammer strength incline presses from time to time after heavy barbell bench. Free weights are the best but I do like to change it up every once in a while.

      Damn man , I love training chest .
      I really like using free weights, especially dumbells , but I'll use Hammer Strength machines , Hoist machines , barbells , cables , dips , just a variety of movements and excersises !!!
