I've been getting pretty bad lower back pumps when I squat, dead lift or leg press. Started getting them about a month ago, got real bad a couple weeks ago so I dropped weight and increased reps for squats Monday and same for dead lifts Thursdays and instead of getting better it got worse. Started feeling them on early reps. I've been pushing through but man do they fucking suck. Anyone else get them real bad? I'm got some taurine and have been taking 5g/day but not much help. I don't want to stop lifting especially since I'm making some good strength gains right now on just TRT.
